It’s Christmas Eve and I was just treated like absolute crap by a cashier named Jada. There was an old man infront of me having issues with lottery; I’m not sure what happened but the cashier was upset with him. When I got to the register she didn’t speak at all, I asked for a lottery ticket as well to which she rolled her eyes and then still didn’t speak. She scanned my ice cream and slammed it down on the counter so I told her if she didn’t like people she shouldn’t work in customer service. She slammed the other items down as well, and I reiterated that just because she had an issue with the man infront of me was no reason to be hateful to me. I was kind about it, but she refused to sell me the ice cream so we left. I won’t be going back. The new big Txb will be my go-to now. They were very nice and kind.

Just had the worst experience in this store by the cashier with a name tag “Jada”, first off she was rude to my wife just because the customer in front of her irritated her, then continued to slam our items down, and when my mom asked her to have better customer service, she acted ignorant about it and like she didn’t hear her, and when I put my card in she refused the sale, I will spread the word about this bad business and take my business to the new and better TXB

Most expensive store around!! 7$ for a Taco?? Really what a joke and the Taco was terrible!! I personally will never shop there again! The girl behind the counter even said that she wont shop there because its to expensive!! Guess it was my fault for not asking how much they were. 15$ for my daughter and I to have one Taco!!! You should be ashamed!!

Haven’t been here in a while. This place used to have a great taco/food section. Their food made me sad to look at it, and majority of the employees were too busy in conversation or on the phone.

I'd give a zero if I could food was disgusting and rubbery got charged 69cents each add on and no one told me or let alone didn't have signs that say charge for add ons then as I go to the counter to pay got charged for my drink that comes with the meal when I said something the other cashier that was not helping me gave me an attitude said that it did when it clearly stats on my recipe I was charged for the drink so I stoped talking and she continues on as I'm trying to leave the store I told her no need to argue with me and as I proceed out the door she is still going on NOT great customer service it was all around a VERY HORRIBLE visit and I'll never spend another dime in that store ill take my money elsewhere where my service is appreciated.

My wife went in to buy a 69 cent fountain drink and when we got ready to pay it was $1.81 he said you have to have a card to get it for 69 cent, well they need to put a sign up that says that.

Stopped in for a quick bite and break .. so much for quick.. took nearly 10 minutes for someone to come to help at the food counter, during which time we saw a basket of rolls setting on the counter,, in reach of anyone nearby, (sneezes and all).. flies were on them to. Thought maybe it was just for show, nope, these were the ones they were serving.. we went ahead and got chicken strips, minus the rolls and of course they charged full price. we were also happy we didn't get the spicy ones as the supposed regular ones were way more spicy than one would expect..
