In a day & age where customer service is virtually unknown, McCraw goes above & beyond to take care of their loyal customers. For example, on New Year's Eve, they noticed a reading from their remote monitor on a customer's propane tank that showed they were dangerously low and offered to send someone out right away. The customer didn't even know they had a problem, but McCraw was on top of the account and sending help to prevent a problem. They even deliver at 8pm, still happy and greeting customers. They have proudly served homeowners and business owners in Texas and Oklahoma since 1972 and offer 24/7 Emergency Customer Service.

We noticed that we were almost out of propane. I called in hopes to get propane on Sunday and they were happy to come save the day. Very fast and friendly service. Another sign that there are such things as blue collar superheroes. Thank yall very much.
