“UPDATE: Michael has just put the icing on the cake this dude immediately when I walk in the door grease me by my name ask me how my day is going and then says what can I help you with the thing about it is any other store you go to you don't get this type of service but when you come to T-Mobile and Bonham Texas you better expect that service cuz it's coming so I just want to say to all the higher-ups at T-Mobile Francisco Michael and Rudy knocked it out of the ballpark I was on my way to AT&T bus to the U-turn and came to T-Mobile and thank God I did I love this place . Went in with a cracked screen ! Terrible day right? Francisco immediately told me my options then got on the phone with the insurance company and filed a claim for me. This type of service is what we ask for as a consumer in the moment when we are stressed out. Good Job Francisco !!! UPDATE Just walked in spoke with RUDY this dude was AMAZING !!!!! Had an issue with my service without missing a beat this guy fixed my phone within about 10 minutes put me a new SIM card and walked me out with a big huge smile people like this guy Rudy is the reason why I will stay with T-Mobile instead of switching to anybody else!!!!!”
