Took a BTB scratch off ticket to be redeemed for a couple of more . My roommate was told it had already been cashed in , which just isn't true if it had been cashed the store would have kept it. I'm going to contact Texas Lottery Commission.

To the lady working tonight. My son pre-paid for gas with a card for the first time in his life. He didn’t use the whole $50. He truly didn’t know if you’d give him cash or if the money would go back in his account. He wasn’t trying to bother you, or make you angry. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED TO HIM. You’re a good example of how truly ugly the world can be. BE BETTER. IT COSTS NOTHING TO SIMPLY BE KIND! I certainly hope your night gets better.

Store hours state open until 10:30 p.m. on Sundays, I came to purchase other things before closing time and everything is closed and shut down. This is bad for business, and it isn't hard to just adjust your store hours. This has happened to multiple times.
