ordered through DoorDash and specifically wanted it toasted and its not even toasted. tastes horrible through doordash but when I order in person it's better. its obvious they don't care and want to be lazy. this has happened mutiple times and I'm fixing to call corporate over this because this is ridiculous and start to frustrate me to no end

Visiting from LA, didn’t know what to eat so I looked around and found this subway, I was greeted by this young man, he had curly hair, whoever that was needs a raise! Because he was amazing and answered all my questions! After that, a girl made my sandwich and i tell you! She knew how to make them! I was given my sandwich and they all greeted me with a smile, I asked for her name, she told me “Nuvia” she should definitely get a raise! She works so hard

I haven’t been to this Subway in years. Thought we would give it a try. Food was fine as remembered. Store was fine. Service was awful. Three teenage kids fumbling over each other took quite a long time to make our order while the line of people piled up behind. Two of the young people started my order by arguing with each other. When they finished the girl stood there staring at me. I gave her a few seconds to speak to me like a customer and she just kept staring. So, I asked if she was ready to take my order and she looked at me like ‘duhh’ and softly said yes. She was awful. She wouldn’t listen. When I asked her to explain what types of cheeses they had she pointed at them all and said ‘we have these’. I asked if they had a kid combo and they all looked at each other confused. The same girl said ‘yeah… I think it comes with a kid sandwich, chips, drink, and cookie’. There were several other issues putting it all together, but I finally made it to the register. I asked which cup was for the kid combo and for a reminder of what came with combo. The young man said ‘whatever you want’. I asked again what came with the combo and he looked around at his coworkers and they all agreed there actually was no kid combo. Food was good. Service was really bad. The employees seemed untrained. They didn’t know the menu. They had no good process in place to make the orders. They argued with each other. Pretty disappointing.

The sandwich I recently ordered seemed like it was short on meat! This location doesn’t honor the company coupons which are put in the local paper. If you’re not going to honor the coupons take them out of the local paper! Quality has gone down prices continue to rise!

Went through the drive thru. This Subway does not honor any commercial deals or any deals. The sub Bread has gotten smaller. The meat portions have got smaller, but they want to charge you $10 for a turkey footlong. It would be better to drive to Melissa,Tx and eat at Jersey Mike's. This Subway is the worst in Texas. The owner is taking advantage of the Bonham Residents. I will never give you my business again. I work to hard to get too little. I pray to God that you go out of business when the Whataburger and Jersey Mike's come to town. I would have given you a zero, but you can't.

Absolutely horrible experience we don’t come here often because all they hire is rude employees. If you order online you might as well forget about it because it is like pulling teeth and nails trying to get them to make your order.

Love subway but they just might need to pay their employees what they are worth. Also customers rent from the owner and are snooty and love to cause employees drama. Tattle to Bobby and he can't separate Subway from rental property . What I don't get are the lies they tell . Pay your employees for what they put up with.

Ordered a meatball sub. 4 employees and I was the only person in line. It somehow took 20 mins while the majority of the crew sat in the back in my full view doing NOTHING. THIS IS WHAT I GOT ARE YOU KIDDING!!!

Once again, I paid extra for an ingredient I did not receive. This is the second time I’ve paid for avocado and it was left off my to go sandwich. I ordered through the app, so the ingredients requested were so very clear and in writing. Last time, management wasn’t concerned and didn’t offer to refund me. I brushed it off, thinking it wouldn’t happen again. Well, it happened again and I’m sick of paying extra for nothing. How hard is it?

It was pretty good, they good variety of chips and drinks it’s just that the sandwich didn’t taste too fresh, even know subway slogan is eat fresh, 4 out of 10.
