Went inside to see about switching from AT&T to Verizon the lady acted like she was way too busy to help me, she was sitting in a chair this happened at 1:25 pm Verizon lost a potential customer

We came into the Bonham store late in the afternoon without an appointment and Stormi was so helpful! I appreciated her reviewing our account health and letting us know of ways we could save with subscription promos. Highly recommend working with her if you need assistance with an upgrade!

So to pay your bill here you have to have exact change and they charge an extra fee for paying your bill. Sad day. Very unprofessional and a scam. Go elsewhere.

Bailey was the representative that I worked with and she failed to mention some important information. I told her that I wanted to just pay off the when the first bill came in. She did mention they were unable to allow customers to buy the phone. However, I mentioned that was okay as I would pay it off once the credit was applied for the device I was turning in. I learned after calling Verizon that I would not be able to do that. I was told I would have 36 months interest free to pay the phone off. I called her told her this and she was aware the whole time. I had no desire to make payments on the phone for 36 months and she new this. Very poor customer service...I highly advise you simply make the drive and go to the Verizon store in Sherman.

Eliza was incredibly helpful and patient! She explained everything thoroughly and was extremely friendly the entire time :) Definitely had an easygoing experience and will definitely keep coming back here specifically for help.

The worse store I have ever seen, deal with. I have seen a 3.5 MM AUX adaptor, labeled $14.When I bought it I was charged $21.60. when I noticed what I had been charged I told the sells man, Cody, that I did not want it.However he wanted to charge me 25% restocking fee. Please see the attached pictures.

the sales lady was nice but the fact that I couldn't use my employee discount nor put my purchase on my Verizon account at this store was a huge disappointment.
