The employees in Walmart Pharmacy in Bonham Tx, are AWESOME. Every time I go there I don't have to tell them my name, they always have a big smile and a pleasure to talk to. They always inform me of any changes in my meds, or if there's a problem with the items I'm purchasing. All of these people deserve a big pat on the back! Thank you for always having a hugh smile when I frequent your pharmacy.

This place gets a bad wrap and I dont know why. My doctor called in to the wrong pharmacy, this place made the move over and filled it within an hour. The line was decently long but they had 5 people working it. Then they reminded me of GoodRx and I got my stuff half off. Love them

a minute agoThe pharmacy is the most frustrating experience. They have never fully explained their "consultation" policy, as in explaining if this is a Walmart policy or a federal law. They require a pharmacist consultation with every new prescription but also on medications you have been taking for years. They claim it's done once a year or with dosage changes, however their idea of a consultation is ridiculous. A real consultation would mean they reviewed your account, reviewed other drugs you're taking, checked for possible drugs interactions, etc. They never do this. My child has been on a medication since birth, with Bonham Walmart filling for over 10 years. Every single time we have a dose change, which could be 2-3 times in a year, they demand we do a consultation. They make me pay for the medication and then hold it hostage until I do the consultation. Their consultation consists of asking if my child has taken this medication before, (they would know if they bothered to review our account) and then ask if I have any questions to which I reply that my child has been on this medication since birth so no I don't have any questions. Then they hand it over. I've complained and been told I can't refuse the consultation. I understand consultations on a completely new med, new manufacturer or to let the customer know about some kind of drug interactions but if we just had a consultation on the same medication 2 months prior, stop holding my medication hostage after I've paid for it. It no longer belongs to Walmart once I've paid for it!

Again I was shorted pills from my new refill. Three pills wonder which one can't count.

Went in at 8:50pm (they close at 9pm) i thought I would be dropping off and picking it up in the morning but i was surprised when the lady told me to wait so that they could get the prescriptions filled quickly for me. My husband has the flu so i was Extremely thankful to have his medicine immediately rather than waiting 12 hours!

Friendly but never let a new person wait on you.

My wife tried to fill a prescription an hour before they closed and was treated very rudely. They promised to let her know when it was ready and never did contact her. I would only use them if it was as an absolute emergency.
