It's now 14 plus days that this Company has had my Sleeping aid prescription. Last Friday after having it for 5 days they gave me FIVE of Thirty pills. Assuring me I'd have the Twenty five others the following Monday. It's Now WEDNESDAY I been left on hold for almost an HOUR trying to get this prescription FILLED. The online app said it was filled and NO further Action required. At 2am Wednesday morning again Unable to sleep I used the automated system to request a REFILL and was told the prescription would be filled by 10am today. It's Now 10:30am and NO prescription. I spoke with Customer Service who responded to the review. I was Assured I would receive a call from the Walgreens Zone Manager. NEVER happened!!! Bonham residents need to Boycott this STORE. They're No longer a Rural Town Grocery store they're now apart of Walgreens and we all know how bad of a Company they are. Absolute NEGLIGENCE!!!!!!!!! I'm beyond Pissed with this Company. For the last two months as they've switched to "WALGREENS" I have been in and out of the Hospital because of Excruciating Abdominal Pain. Caused by Inflammation of my Intestines. Having to call every single time I've had a prescription they either DON'T have the medication or are "BEHIND" they don't care about what your situation is they don't go out of their way to fix anything wrong you're just told Check back. Walgreens. You have an obligation to fill prescriptions the same day and in a timely manner. If you're NOT able to because you're "BEHIND" then HIRE more Employees. You're withholding Medical Treatment. One day it's going to cause someone their LIFE! You've had one of my prescriptions for over twenty four hours and Can't tell me when it's going to be completed. You just asked me "What am I going to do about it?" No threat this is a Promise. You're NOT invincible to the courts. In March I couldn't even get my prescriptions for days. No no more. Your saving a Buck by NOT staffing properly will NOT happen at my PHYSICAL EXPENSE with no Accountability.

It's not terrible but it's not great. Honestly decent place to shop at some things will rape u but they do have good deals on some things. People are mostly friendly there. I do adore the cake decorator Lizeth she was so kind and made my cake just as requested if not better. Would recommend for bakery needs.

fuel islands out of order. they turn the milk cooler off when stocking ..always out of organic milk .. they do not rotate products. staff always standing around playing on phones. the customer helpline is a JOKE

Overall I like Brookshire's: friendly( albeit not well informed) staff, clean store, no big carts in your way when they restock. Prices are ok and sales are mostly great. However, concerning that last part: when I pick up a package of 10 hamburger Pattie's and the yellow sticker underneath says $10 and at self-register it says $12.99, something is off. So asked staff near cash register who asked the meat-department guy. He takes the package, walks towards the pharmacy(?), comes back and says they are $12.99. I refuse the hamburgers and tell him that he should change the yellow sticker underneath the product in the case and he just turns and walks off. Rude, very rude! I do not mind paying $12.99 any other time for 10 hamburger Pattie's but belief the store should honor what the price at the product says.

The store staff is super helpful and friendly. When I find an item on sale here I'm surprised their price beats even Walmart of you have one of the " thank you" savings cards. The store is always clean, neat and organized every time I have visited. I think their grocery selection is fairly good given the size of the store.

There are always a lot of friendly workers. They carry out your groceries. They carry the Zesty Catalina dressing that is hard to find at the big box stores.

You might pay a little more at the store for the product. However you don't get what you pay for in life. We absolutely love the store and the people they are all kind courteous and go out of their way to help.

I want to say this Brookshires store is one of THE BEST! There are two females in management, I wish I would have gotten their names, that are just so incredibly awesome! The one this am was a manager I believe, she not only helped me with a problem I had the last time I shopped there, without hesitation, but then she ran over when I was checking out and helped me load my groceries onto the belt for check out. She thanked me not only for shopping at her store but she knew

Other than the fact some of the employees here are very respectful & polite, but in regards to anything else, they really do need to tear this place down & build a grocery store in its place! In the meantime its a nice ride to McKinney where there are ample & sufficient places like Tom Thumb & Albertsons that are reasonably priced with good produce instead of this week plus old crap

Was in the store a few weeks back and I went to buy Brookshire brand English muffins and inmediatel saw they were molded and I figured ok one time I went in there today and was looking to grab a bag of tangerines and when I picked up the bag my finger when into the Tangerine and now just rotten it was covered with white and green mold. I then went to get some cold cuts for my husbands lunch and when waiting I saw something crawling counter and upon looking closer I saw it was ants. The store is so filthy and the prices are high. I told someone at the cash register who said nothing to me and then when I asked if she heard me she got her manager and she was as motionless and basically had no reaction. I asked her about this and she said "I heard you". She never even went to see where the issue was.
