“Alright, listen up, I don’t usually drop five stars on a corporate auto parts chain, alright? I’m not out here tossing stars around like I’m Oprah: “YOU get a star! YOU get a star!” No, usually these places feel like the DMV with brake pads — cold, slow, and just one guy who looks like he’s been battling a hangover since 2004.
But this spot? This Orilys in Borger? Man… these ladies were on it. Fast, friendly, and actually knew what the hell they were talking about, which, let’s be honest, is surprising — but it is. I’m not trying to sound like one of those cavemen who thinks women should be baking pies and handing out coupons — no, no — I’m just saying, after dealing with the last O’Reilly’s where the poor girl looked at me like I asked her how to build a time machine when I said “blower motor resistor,” it was refreshing to get someone who didn’t act like car parts were quantum physics.
These women walked me through my parts like seasoned pit crew champs. I half expected one of them to toss me a wrench and say, “Let’s do this in under ten seconds.”
It felt like I had stumbled into a fast-lane alternate universe where auto parts stores were staffed with friendly humans who don’t make you feel like a burden for needing something more complex than windshield wipers.
So yeah, corporate or not — give these Borger gals a raise, or a trophy, or a lifetime supply of socket sets.”

“Phenomenal customer service. We were traveling through Borger and had some vehicle troubles. Ashley and Wrangler gathered the items we needed and even delivered them to us as we were stranded roadside and could not get to the store ourselves.”
“Highly recommend this shop!!! The day my car was hit I went in and talked to them and was just amazed! They handled insurance for me and got my car in quickly! When my rental needed to be extended, they handled that with the insurance company! I was kept updated throughout everything! The ladies in the office are the sweetest people and answered any questions i had. I got my car back today and Steve explained everything that had to be done and answered any questions I had. I walked out and seen my car and you can’t even tell anything happened, this car is a 2021 but with the repair and the detail job they did on it, they had it looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor as a brand new one! “My PT Cruiser was really looking bad in the front, with all the rock chips and fogged up headlights. Decided to use my tax refund to have just the front end painted and headlights replaced. Jamie gave me a quote I could afford and provided a loaner vehicle for the two weeks he had my car. Now my baby looks new again! Check out how gorgeous she is again! “Generally pleased with their customer service, they are a bit slow, even weekdays and early mornings, but pretty much to be expected considering Wal-Mart TLE is usually cheaper than most competitors. Unless you can drop off your vehicle or love hanging out at Wal-Mart for 2-4 hours, don't use the TLE on the weekends.”
