“I have dealt with Amy Richardson on the phone several times and she has always been very friendly and helpful. I got to meet her in person for my mother-in-law to sign some documents. My mother-in-law is in a wheelchair and Amy came out to our vehicle to get her signature. I cannot say enough how happy and impressed I am with Amy's customer service.
