I have nothing but great things to say. Jan got my boy in the same day I called. Cleaned up his feet and toes. Great job, loving and patient with his skittish self. The gentleman who was there also was amazing with him. I have never seen him take to a man so fast. What a great team! I will be back. Thank you.

Called to setup a appointment and she did schedule me but didn't have time to answer any questions like price,how long will it take I am just supposed to take my dog there not knowing nothing I don't think that is very professional I ran my own business for 23 years and you take the time to answer any questions if you don't have the time offer to call them back I felt she was very rude if you have a dog on the table then let your answer machine pick up and call back I don't know her but will never trust anyone who can't answer questions

Took my Gracie for grooming at the Bath House for the first time. With me being sick for so long I had neglected Gracie and let her fur coat get matted in several places. Jan, the owner of the Bath House did an excellent job of working on Gracie and getting her looking really good. Gracie was ready when Jan told me she would be ready and $45.00 was a good and more than fair price, of course I gave her a tip for taking good care of my little girl. I highly recommend the Bath House for professional and reliable grooming of your furry family member!David Wesley KregerStinnett, Texas
