Highly recommend this shop!!! The day my car was hit I went in and talked to them and was just amazed! They handled insurance for me and got my car in quickly! When my rental needed to be extended, they handled that with the insurance company! I was kept updated throughout everything! The ladies in the office are the sweetest people and answered any questions i had. I got my car back today and Steve explained everything that had to be done and answered any questions I had. I walked out and seen my car and you can’t even tell anything happened, this car is a 2021 but with the repair and the detail job they did on it, they had it looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor as a brand new one! I will definitely be back if I need any repairs and will definitely be bringing it in for details! Thank you Customs by Steve for the amazing job!!

I wanted to freshen up my 2017 chevy wt. So I decided to do a two tone paint job on it Steve and his crew did a great job at a reasonable price. And it looks awesome!

There aren't many places that offer local towing and Steve was recommended. I called and the team was kind and helpful. They had great communication and followup. My vehicle was stuck in Panhandle and circumstances prevented Steve from being able to pick it up however, his shop was top of the list on being neighborly, communicating, and nice. I'll recommend and use them when I have a need.

i've been a repeat customer for years!! but will no longer be taking my cars there. my 2016 Malibu for a detail , was charged $175.00 and when i got the car i was not impressed with the detail. contacted the owner let him know that i was not happy with the detail. He stated " car will need more than detail to make it look nice" so instead of calling me and telling me that, he proceeded to detail the car and sent it back to me almost the same way i gave it to him!!!.......DO NOT RECOMMEND......

They never gave me a quote. I was told that it was because of the holidays and they told me they would call me. A week had passed and I called and asked what was up. They said they were still busy. Here we are a whole month later and still haven't heard from them. I shouldn't have to reach out to them to see the status of my quote. If you want to waste time and play games, give Steve a call. I'm sure they do a great job if you can get them to work on your vehicle.
