The Borger pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. If it wasn’t for my insurance requirements to use this pharmacy I wouldn’t!

Pharmacist would not fill a prescription over the phone from the nurse due to saying it seemed “fishy” (nausea medication) The nurse called in the prescription and had no issue. Then the nurse received a call back and was asked if she had called the prescription in and reported that she was the one who called the prescription in and yes she had the order right there. The Pharmacist then replied she wouldn’t fill it because it seemed fishy. Then the Pharmacist called me and lied about the nurse saying that she had told the pharmacist that the nurse was unaware of the prescription and accused me, the patient, of calling it in. The nurse calling it in was right beside me and I heard the entire conversation she had with the pharmacist and this was not the case whatsoever. The medication is a mild nausea medication that can be filled over the counter with a combination of vitamins. Very annoying and has caused a delay in care. I would never go back if my insurance didn’t force me to use CVS.

Takes days to get your prescription. You pull into the drive up and you can expect to wait up to an hour before anyone even acknowledges you.

Customer service is trash. Apparently corporate has cut staff so it takes days to fill prescriptions. Staff doesn’t acknowledge your presence when you come inside to pick up prescriptions. I was the only person at the counter waiting five minutes while pharmacist never lifted his head to look at me and the only other person there would stand at the drive up window waiting for cars to come up. When I got fed up and started to leave the pharmacist finally said he could help in a few moments. I’ve already waited a day and a half for them to fill my heart medicine so I guess I can wait another day to have my prescriptions moved to a better pharmacy. This happens every time I go here. I will pay extra and drive hours to never deal with this pharmacy again.

Stop giving people that death shot. The jig is up it ruins your immune system and we have only just begun seeing the after effects of the experimental concoction of poison. You shouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing it's causing people that were perfectly healthy before you touched them to drop dead.

Too bad there isn't negative star rating. Their phone system could be better designed by kindergarten student. Even if you can navigate, it you will be placed on hold. In fact I still am as I sit waiting for my grandaughters script after driving to the dictors office and getting hard copy of it. The docs office showed me the two times they transmitted it. For grins and giggles I stopped by CVS after i left the Docs office (still on hold on their phone mind you) on the oft chance they had it. Don't know I was the only customer in the store was never acknowledged but I did get to hear the phone system announcing 5 calls on hold while the pharmacist and tech continued their discussion about red bull for back pain.....

If I could give half a star I would. I'm so tired of being told "we don't have your prescription" and having to inconvenience my doctor's office staff for things they clearly did do. New people came in and found everything easily. I couldn't get the medicine that day and I sure wish I would have because the next day it's magically unable to be found and doesn't exist. This has happened so many times I'm over it and done. I've been patient and as courteous as I can muster. But this is a continuing issue.

The worst pharmacy in town. They never answer their phone and they always mess up on ur medication. They need to train all their staff on how to deal with the clients, very rude staff too. Very slow and behind on everything.

This place is a joke, we need covid test to travel (avg 1-2 days).. Took them 5 days to get our results and they were invalid, I had to pay $200 to get tested elsewhere and got my results in seconds. I'd never go here again for prescriptions or anything that you need in an instant, they wont care for you.

Sat in line for 35 minutes yesterday to be told they did not have the Rx and to come back the next day. I sat at the window for 30 minutes today and they still don't have it! This happens almost weekly. Worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. I asked the clerk to send my all of my info and meds to Walmart !!!!

Horrible service, had insurance, they didnt tell me they dont take bc of texas. Waited 45 minutes for them to tell me. Didnt call my prescriptions into united like they said. The girl that waited on me was extremly rude, should be fired, she doesn't even have a clue of what is going on. I will never go back.PLEASE USE A DIFFERENT PHARMACY IF YOU CAN.

The drive thru pharmacy is so SLOW I DNT KNOW WHAT'S WRONG. But never waited in line for 15 mins and no MOVEMENT.
