We needed this place as a project for a week. The biggest complaint I have is that the rooms got hot at night. I spoke with other teammates and they also had the same issue: we'd be covered up when going to sleep in cold rooms, but around 2a it was HOT.
I also had a relatively cold shower whereas the water in the sink was super hot. Another teammate complained that they had hot hot water in their shower whereas the tap water wasn't hot enough.
On the positive side, the front desk was super nice. I had a package delivered for myself and they were prompt to take care of that. They were friendly at being concierges for the town as well

The service at this hotel is unmatched!! Za’Qayla absolutely rocks the front desk and makes it feel extremely welcoming the second you walk in the door. I travel a lot for work and this has been my favorite experience by far. Highly, highly, highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the area :)

My wife and I made reservations on the hampton app with we have done before and the my wife went and checked in and got the key to the room and everything was fine untill that evening when we was told that we wasn't supposed to be there and had to leave . When we tried to show the person the confirmation and reciete she states that a confirmation isn't proof of payment . Her excuse was that the person that checked us in was not supposed to be doing so and was new and didn't care about proof of payment so I get upset. And go to gather are things and load everything in the car once done I turn in the key and let them know my wifes upstairs but will be down shortly she says thank you . Little did I know while I was waiting this lady calls the cops for no reason and then before my wife could even come down the cops ar3 there and doesn't even check or ask our side much less care about the proof we had. So no I dont recommend this place they're incompetent, rude,and obviously uncaring people or they wouldn't ever have treated there guests this way.
I hope the place looses all business and is close and as for borger police . I just gotta say yaws incompetence and inability to perform ur obligated duties intelligently and instead of treating people like criminals when there was proof we payed for reservations then u shouldn't care a badge nor should u in my opinion. This town need texas rangers to come in and investigate everyone for the corruption and inability to do there duties . Stay if u want but my opinion is that this town is absolute passable .do not stop.

We will not be returning to this hotel. Checked in after a long hard day of working and was looking forward to a hot shower, but my wife and I ended up with COLD showers in room 110. My wife was too tired to complain but warned me about no hot water, so I also let the water run for 10 minutes thinking it would warm but it never did. We both wasted gallons of precious water from Lake Meredith! Wrapped in a towel I, tried calling the desk and the phone didn’t work!
I next went to get ice for our drinks and my card key wouldn’t access the room with the ice machine, so a trip back to the room and tried the other key, which also didn’t work 😡🤬! So a trip to the desk attendant revealed a maze of directions through the dark gym for a seemingly secret passage way to the ice machine.
For our troubles, management compensated us with a return of only 250 points on a 40,000 point stay😡🤬!
We were tired and in no mood for the drama of staying at this crappy managed Hilton!!!! We would have had a better stay at Motel 6 and a LOT cheaper!!!

Had to come up here with my son so he could visit a friend and I could do some work. I haven't been to the Borger area in a long time.
The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and available when needed. The breakfast was solid. Will be staying here when I come back this way.

The reason for the 3 stars is I was put on the 1st floor and next to the office. At 4am the banging on the wall started and did not stop. The shower floor was almost black, and the shower door leaked to the point when I got out of the shower most of the floor was wet. Now for the good. The people were very friendly. The room smelled, and other than the bathroom, it was very clean. It did look like someone was lying on the bed at some point. I have stayed here before and had a very good experience.
