Attempted to install new Eero system and modem was not producing desired speeds. A technician was sent out and Evan arrived on a Saturday in the pouring rain. Evan quickly located the issue which was an old service feed from the pole in the alley. Evan, in the rain, ran new cable from the pole in the alley to my house. He was expeditious with his service and more than happy to make my service what it was supposed to be even if it included extra work for him and being wet and miserable. Evan maintained an excellent disposition and was pleasant to be around. He restored my service which enabled me to get higher mbps than I ever had previously. I highly recommend him as a service technician if any problems arise with the Sparklight service!

Evan was our technician! He was very informative and friendly. He explained everything to us thoroughly and made sure we knew exactly what was going on. We would love to have him as our tech again!

Caden came to install my Internet and he was so friendly and extra helpful! He even set up my PS5 on the new network and helped me with a quick fix to a problem I was having. I appreciated the great service!

We had Even, a technician from sparklight today working on our internet that we were very unhappy with it, he checked our cable from the alley to our house and noticed some cracks on it, and changed for a new one, plus he upgrade the modem, help us to get to know our new device and installed a booster for better signal on the entire house. He walked the extra mile helping and fixing issues without complaint, sorry for keeping him maybe longer than usual, but, he's very polite and excellent worker. Thank you Even

So far so good. Very happy with service and plan. Everything that was promised is Great unlike th massive rip off we got from Verizon. They gave us nothing but lies and still lying.

NATHAN Was my technician!! He was the best..He was very patient with me and took my step by step through hooking up my Wi-Fi to my smart TV..He also did such a neat job on the outside installation..I'm very satisfied....

While I have only had service for maybe ten minutes and can’t comment as to the speeds and quality of that, I do have to say that I am very impressed with the quality of Customer Service provided in making a decision, and the installation process.I started this journey of trying to find WiFi coverage for my daughter’s home three days ago. I made several calls to companies that showed up in the search but don’t cover her part of town. I eventually found three companies that provide coverage; however, neither of the two other companies met our needs, and one of them made us feel like we were being a burden asking so many questions before making a decision that would have us committed to a contract for such a long period of time.SparkLight was, as Murphy’s Law would have it, the last company I called. They were patient in not only answering my questions, but also in breaking the answers down in a manner that I could understand as someone who doesn’t speak in technology terms. They were patient in allowing me time to discuss the options with my daughter, and then more time for a friend to come explain things as my daughter needed things broken down also and I wasn’t able to do that for her. They set several callbacks appts and kept them.Once I finally made a decision I attempted to get in contact with Lorelei to complete the service order. Unfortunately I was unable to get ahold of her. However, the second Customer Service Rep, Rich, was very kind and understanding in letting me decide to either wait for her callback the following day or proceed with completing the order.Due to unfortunate extenuating circumstances I did have to move forward with the order rather than having the time to wait for Lorilei’s callback the following day for which I fill horrible as I normally stick with the person I originally started talking with just in case they work for commission. For that I do hope that both Lorelei and Rich are granted full commission for this sale; especially considering that I will be getting another account for my home once I get moved out here to where my daughter is located.Today was our install date. Evan and another tech (he didn’t provide his name) showed up. They both were friendly, personable, and patient in educating both my daughter and I in how to connect to and use the WiFi. There were issues with the wiring from when the previous owners moved out; Evan was able to fix all of the issues and get us service activated in the same appt and expected time frame rather than having us deal with it ourselves and having to set a new appt for him or another tech to return.Both gentlemen articulated themselves well; Evan helped us to understand the world of technology a whole lot better; and they brought us up to date to keep up with this world that revolves around technologies.While I will always be a pen and paper gal, I am looking forward to the chapter of learning and maybe even embracing the technologies available to us. I thank Evan for making this chapter a lot less intimidating that it always has been to me.

They were doing repairs in the alley and their truck yanked the line off of our house. Took us forever to figure out why we didn't have internet. The driver had known as my husband found the line rolled up in the alley. They gave us a $10 credit. My husband had to take off work during their few hours long window. Should have credited us a little more for having to miss work.*after this review Sparklight has reached out to us and apologized.
