The Bowie At&t store is great. I had big problems with my cell phone and the two ladies fixed it in no time. I appreciate them so much . Next time I mess up my phone , I will be heading to Bowie. They didn't make me feel dumb for messing it up. Thank you to the ladies that were working on Saturday October the 11th. You are great !!!

My mom and I came inside to pay a bill and normally my mom will go inside by herself to pay it, but today i went in with her in case no one spoke Spanish. We are forever grateful with Melissa because she is billingual and she helped my mom.
However whenever Melissa entered the account number and went to ask Makenzie a question about why my mom could not access the account after she was already add to it the last two times she became short with Melissa.The last time my mom came in to pay the bill herself, MacKenzie helped her and we have the receipt to prove it.
For context, Josue and another Hispanic worker has helped my mom and I with any and every question we had. They never called it a day whenever they could not bypass anything. They ALWAYS found a way to answer our question or helped us pay a bill. We were a little confused as to why we didn't see those two anymore.
Any ways, I understand it is stressful to work under so much pressure with having a flow of customers coming in while there are other customers inside of the store, but being short with your coworkers as she is trying to help a customer while another coworker is helping a different customer is unprofessional.
Especially when I and other customers could hear her. Word. For. Word.
One more thing my mom may know a little bit of English but she can also understand it.

Melissa is the best. I was considering going elsewhere with our phone service. Then Melissa worked with all our issues, gave us options for our phone problems. Im staying with ATT now.

I had a great experience at the AT&T store! The representative who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and had a fantastic attitude. He quickly solved my issue and did it all with a smile. It’s clear he enjoys helping customers. Excellent service all around!

Albert the manager is one of the most helpful and kindness sales rep i have ever experienced in a phone store setting. He took his time and really cared about all my issues without trying to take my money. I will be back to this location!
