“Ward’s is awesome. Over the past 7 years I have used them on a variety of vehicles: 2013 Elantra, 2009 Rogue, 2016 Rogue and 2002 F-150. Bearings, brakes, rotors, check engine light to name a few of the repairs. I can’t recall everything. Each time, Ward’s has diagnosed and repaired my vehicle quickly and at a fair price. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The restroom is impeccable. Seriously.

“I've been a "shade tree" mechanic all my life, as in my 60 years I've built a healthy distrust of any type of shop, and also unwilling to part with money to do something I feel I can do myself. Of course, that was all well and good before today's modern cars, I hit my knowledge limit pretty quickly now. Thankfully, I found these good folks at Cross Tire. From the very first time I came in several years ago, I could tell that they "get it". They don't automatically say "this part needs replacement", without thoroughly researching it first, and explaining the why and the what happens if I don't. I don't feel manipulated, which is important to me. I send everyone I know to them now, for any job, because I haven't found anything too big for them to tackle. And, not to call the guy out on the internet, their main mechanic Justin is gold in my book. Always has time to discuss what's happening, offering advice if I decide to do the work myself.

“Great & quick service. Very rarely do I have to wait when popping in for inspection or an oil change. They also were able to let me know what was wrong with the shielding on my undercarriage that got broken while driving on unpaved roads, & were willing to ziptie it back together to keep it from flapping on the highway.

“I hit a big deer, head on, in my 2011 Avalon. I took my car to Edwards Body Shop. David took great care and replaced the front end better than it's ever looked before. I've had front end replaced in the past but never replaced as precise as this shop did. I've had her back for over a month now and everything's going great. Lisa at the front desk is awesome. It's like being with great friends up there. I hope I've never hit a deer again but if I need Edward's body shop that's where I'll go.”
“Driving from Phoenix to Florida and we threw a belt. Same thing happened about two hours northwest. Brought it into Leonards and they were amazing. Got us in right away. Diagnosed all the issues, last place didn’t fix it right. Price was fantastic. Could’ve been happier thank you again so much for helping this stranded family get back on the road. God bless.”

“I got into my car at almost 6:30 on Friday evening, only to find out my left rear tire pressure was very low. I saw that Tire Store Service Center was still open, so I pulled in. They were so very courteous and had me on my way home in a very short period of time. Tevin (?) was very nice young man - and I will tell others about the great service!”
