“I got into my car at almost 6:30 on Friday evening, only to find out my left rear tire pressure was very low. I saw that Tire Store Service Center was still open, so I pulled in. They were so very courteous and had me on my way home in a very short period of time. Tevin (?) was very nice young man - and I will tell others about the great service!”

“Me and my sister were on a road trip going from Colorado through New Mexico and then all the way through Texas and when we were four hours away from where we were going our cover for the oil was not put on all the way and was dragging against the road and where we were it was very dangerous so we called the police they didn’t help called a tow company they didn’t help and then we eventually called the repair center and was helped by a very amazing man who drove out to us let us follow him back to the shop going 20 miles an hour and then let us stay in the car because we had two dogs in the and our car was FULL of stuff because we were staying in Texas for three weeks he jacked the car up put in a couple screws and then wouldn’t even take any money from us and then just told us to call him and let him know we made it safe to our destination”

“I've been a "shade tree" mechanic all my life, as in my 60 years I've built a healthy distrust of any type of shop, and also unwilling to part with money to do something I feel I can do myself. Of course, that was all well and good before today's modern cars, I hit my knowledge limit pretty quickly now. Thankfully, I found these good folks at Cross Tire. From the very first time I came in several years ago, I could tell that they "get it". They don't automatically say "this part needs replacement", without thoroughly researching it first, and explaining the why and the what happens if I don't. I don't feel manipulated, which is important to me. I send everyone I know to them now, for any job, because I haven't found anything too big for them to tackle. And, not to call the guy out on the internet, their main mechanic Justin is gold in my book. Always has time to discuss what's happening, offering advice if I decide to do the work myself.

“Great & quick service. Very rarely do I have to wait when popping in for inspection or an oil change. They also were able to let me know what was wrong with the shielding on my undercarriage that got broken while driving on unpaved roads, & were willing to ziptie it back together to keep it from flapping on the highway.
