  Pharmacist said hes tired of hearing people talk about God and immune systems he will threaten u to leave and then accuse u of offending him im sorry im a 100% disabled veteran who served my country and sacrificed alot and I will talk about God al day long in this country and to help discriminated against today im filing a lawsuit and currently on phone telling them that im suing them there own employees are agreeing with ke don't go to bowie cvs they discriminate if u belive in God and discriminate against veterans and its on video and audio and when I sue im posting video on every outlet and exposing all the lazy racist employees and im a republican getting done this way very sad 😔

  Their phones have been messed up for weeks. I’ve not been able to contact anybody at the store in the past 14 days. The auto attendant keeps cutting off, I’m not able to leave a message, and I’m now totally frustrated with this company. I will never use this company again.

  Christy is amazing, helpful, friendly and such an asset to CVS. Kenny is also a great asset. Both always go above and beyond to help. Love going to CVS because of the great service.

  So me and my step sisters went in there we were looking around for about five minutes and then the older lady with long hair kinda grey and blonde worker following me and my step sisters came up to us telling we can get a ticket bc we were in there for to long?? Telling us this whole story that we were running and screaming when we weren’t and I have had problems with that specific lady before so yeah hate the workers(in store)and we got video prof bc I told my step sister to take a video bc the lady was following us so we could have proof

  Worst customer service (store, not pharmacy) EVER. Older blonde long hair at register stared at her phone on a chair while I stood at the register waiting. I had to say “do you work here? “. She did not get up nor put down her phone and instead said from her stool, looking irritated, “what do you need? “ I thought me standing at the register looking at you and waiting made clear I needed help, but I guess not. When she finally tore herself away from her phone and her chair, she looked like the most irritated employee in the world to have to help a customer. I felt she was hoping I would use self check out, which believe me if my transaction allowed it, I would have! What candidates got passed over for this Gem???

  This place has piss poor customer service. Their attitude is poor and had to get a diags code for them because they won't do their job

  I had a procedure done and the pharmacy was not picking our calls from the doctor or myself before being discharged from the hospital to ensure my prescription was ready.We sent someone else to check/pick the prescription.. they were still open. The times online don't match. The staff mentioned that they had seen our calls but didn't pick. They could at least have placed us on hold.The worst part is us they gave me all my medications EXCEPT for the most important one. MY PAIN MEDICINE. I was in pain for days taking over the counter pain medicine which we're not working.I called my doctor DESPERATELY, who reached out to the pharmacy. CVS had HELD my pain medicine and did NOT mention this. My doctor was not happy, I was beyond upset knowing I had the worst pain and the pharmacy never mentioned it nor called for pick up 2 days later.I will NOT be using this pharmacy any more.In the past, I have seen the pharmacist appear frustrated and visibly upset at patients. I will NOT be using this CVS pharmacy again

  Poor service!!! The whole pharmacy staff is rude! I understand the frustration of being short staffed however i do not understand the behavior of the pharmacist!!! I myself and another customer witnessed the pharmacist throw a patients prescription at the customer!!!!!!! Unacceptable behavior in my opinion!!!! Not to mention all the eye rolling by staff and talking about patients!!!

  Looked on Google pharmacy says closes at 9 .Drove 25 miles to find that they have pharmacy closed at 7. I guess this medicine I needed was not really needed just for tooth pain I can just be in pain no big deal.

  This is bull, there are elderly out in cold waiting for these idiots to open. Here it is 10:30 AM. AND STILL The idiots will not open..Sign on door and hours calling says OPEN 9 AM.That's a bunch of bull. Must be in back popping pills.
