It was late and I needed a place to crash with kids and this Mom & Pop hotel did the job. No frills. Good value for the price. I will be back.

Decent for a one night stop over. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean the room was. No bed bugs. And I requested a smoking room because I vape but there was no tobacco smell. AC is loud and the beds are rock hard but if those are your biggest complaints in a small town motel it could be much worse.
