It’s been over 3 months and still haven’t got my deposit and the last month I used it paid on the first and was out on the 7th and was told I wasn’t gonna be prorated are refunded for the rest of the month every time I call to get my deposit I get told I’ll find out and call back but never get called and it’s funny you say I got refunded no sir I did not and your on site manager knew about the couch and said he could haul it off because I had no way of hauling it so you need to get the story right and glad I moved out like you need to learn customer service I paid for April and didn’t even use it because we finally got our apartment so I expect to be refunded cause as you say I got refunded but I didn’t and tell the on site manager that if it is a problem hauling something off don’t tell people that it’s ok when it’s not and the stuff that was sitting outside of it I went back to get and it was already gone I have and suv with no trailer so didn’t have room to move it right away but I went back and it was gone which nobody said anything to me about so maybe if there was better communication then it wouldn’t have been an issue

Rented a unit here for a short time and was very happy with everything about the place. Always had help available when needed, and my unit was clean and very well built.
Would highly recommend these guys for short term or long-term storage.

Thomas and the team at United Storage of Bowie seem to have decided that they will be the best Storage operators around! We made a complex move over the past year and ended up renting units at 5 different locations around North Texas. United Storage of Bowie was by FAR the best, in every regard: communication, service, security, and of course the best quality, with very new and clean spray-foam insulated units. We recommend them and would definitely use them again.

My camper spent the winter in covered storage. Everything was perfect. Great communication, timely billing and quick response to questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business.

United storage is a lot more than just a place to hold your belongings. The owner has contacted me when I forgot to latch my lock, he goes out of his way to ensure the property is taken care of. Bugs are not an issue as the entire facility is exterminated. I am very happy and I feel that my belongings are safe.
