I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received! I had originally taken my vehicle to a local franchise for a brake repair, but unfortunately, they completely botched the job. Fortunately, I found a reliable shop that truly went above and beyond. Not only did they fix my brakes, but Kyle took the extra step of contacting the owner of the franchise who originally did the work, ensuring my repair costs were covered. It's rare to see such dedication and customer care, and I’m beyond impressed. If you’re looking for quality service and true professionalism, I highly recommend them!

This Auto Works shop was recommended to me by an employee at Riley's Auto Parts in Boyd. I really liked the service I received from Dan's; the people were very nice and they charged me less than the oil change shop in Boyd when I needed to have a new battery put in my truck that said it required professional assistance.

I was having an issue with my car, VW diesel, of no power. Three mechanics had said the issue was the transmission, it wouldn't go passed 40 mph. I replaced it with a used transmission, still had the same issue so the mechanic then said that the turbo was out and needed replacing. I even took it to a VW dealership for a diagnostic to make sure. They said the same thing. It was extremely expensive so we were trying to decide whether we wanted to spend the money on this 2006 vehicle when I was told to take it to Dan's Auto. They found the real issue, the valve on the EGR cooler was broken which didn't allow any pressure to build up in the turbo to run. It cost me 1/3 the amount it would have cost to replace the turbo. The dealership hadn't said anything about the EGR cooler valve. Dan's Auto has now earn a life long customer! Thank you JR and Kyle!!!!

Not what you'd expect from a automotive place. The try to upsell you, or seem like you're wasting their time vibe isn't something you'll get from Dan's. I stopped by to talk about my truck's a/c, and they stopped what they were doing to come look at it in the parking lot. Indikt normally trust mechanics, but I felt like they were nothing but honest. They took the time to talk about what may need done, and explained it. I will be taking my truck there to get it fixed next week.
