“I’ve been getting mail delivered from this post office since I was a kid- and I haven’t had an issue until now! And Lo and behold, Miss Lisa and her team are absolutely on top of it. My package was recovered and delivered to me the very next day after it was misdelivered. We all make mistakes, but a nearly 16 year track record of spotless service with only one mishap that was immediately resolved? Well, I’d say that’s stellar!”
“I never go to the post office and had several items I wasn’t sure on how best to send them. Jennifer at the counter was AMAZING! She was honest, smiled, was extremely pleasant, and took care of all 3 items. It was the best experience I had in a very long time at any post office. Keep it up Jennifer!!!”

“The young lady did such a great job and she is kind her mailvan was full and could not fit an important package of mine she took the time and made the effort after running her regular route to go back to the post office and get my package and come back to my address which I might add is not close to the paradise office ...anyway just wanted to say thanks guys and keep up the good work”

“I’ve never been here, but I looked up directions to it one time during a conversation with a friend who might have needed to go there for something, and now Google won’t stop asking me to review this US Postal Service office in Boyd Texas over 70 miles away from my home, so I guess I’ll give it 4 stars to be friendly but not unrealistic.”
