We sent my son in to get a simple oil change and came out with a bill of over $400.
First of all…please do what the customer is in there for and do not add other services unless asked for.
Y’all took advantage of my young son…period.
I will also be taking my car to the dealership to make sure that what was supposedly done and paid for was actually done.
Let’s make this very clear…I took it here due to time and convenience not because it was my first choice.
I will make sure to spread the word to everyone I know about the customer service and experience we had as well as filing a complaint to the BBB.
FYI, no need to reply.
This is just a warning to others about this specific location and experience.

Just moved here,recently widowed. The men were polite,professional, and very kind. Worth a visit by anyone in need of vehicle checks,repairs or service.

Stay away from this place! Very deceptive and not friendly.This bald red headed guy came in from driving my car like crap. I had to invite myself to the counter because he didn't.
He took all my information, ask for my payment ignored me when I spoke to him and now I know why, because he wouldn't tell me my car failed until after I paid. I felt extremely mislead. He knew what he did was inappropriate and not good business. He failed to communicate with me. I will never go back there. It was very shady. Business owner,,, better rethink customer service skills "required training" for your employees. Simple-Ma'am, was you aware of this issue, me-no sir. Ok, let me show you. Me: Ok wow, I'll be glad to get this fixed. Great as soon as you get this fixed come back and see us and I'll be glad to inspect your vehicle. Customer leaves feeling redirected and satisfied.

An inspection turned HORRIBLE , suddenly me Needing a light bulb, they said they would change Out & fix. Then said there's an electrical Problem. I get in my car My BRAKE LIGHT is STUCK on, my Head lights no longer work at all even though it was a Small head lamp light for my brights, only 1 was not showing brights all others were working & now my BRIGHTS are stuck on. Now for a 7$ inspection to a 25$ light bulb to they blew my Headlights or bulbs with wiring & I need to pay someone else to fix it.... all for an inspection and My brights not working on 1 my driver side. Waiting to speak to an OWNER. Everything is manual and now my lights don't work at all but my BRIGHTS are stuck on. Also now my Windshield wipers don't work at all
While they took my car for a drive themselves used the break, and hit my lights off and on over & on again now windshield wipers don't work. But the next guy no one drove his truck, no one opened his hood checked the fluids nothing he just got a sticker. This is what they CAUSED after driving my vehicle which had NO lights on. Haven't had any of these lights on.
Don't worry he sent me to his friend mechanic at Lonestar LUBE for 135$ After they caused problems and I witnessed them open up My hood and pull out boxes and fuses
Now finding out my Windshield wipers don't work or my AC , JUST found that out after I got home watching their mechanic Drive & use my car. none Of these lights were on Before I came there. They also said I didn't need break fluid my break fluid was fine it's just a electrical Problem and to go pay their friend to fix it. I had NO LIGHTS ON and witnessed yall pull out my break box and fuses as pape
I also checked my plugs and censors and found out they UNPLUGGED my BRAKE censor, which I witnessed a white guy take off the fuse box under my hood, who drives someones vehicle openes up their hood 4X before coming to the owner. All they said is oh that's normal it's fine the break light will be on.
Day 2: They CAUSED this issue themselves and I watched them open my hood 4+times and their driver mess with my head lights aka Windshield wipers Multiple times. Came back to tell me it was just 1 bulb not doing BRIGHTS. So they'd fix it. Then came home with a BREAK LIGHT ON & checked, they had unplugged my BRAKE FUSE as I watched them open the box on my driver side has nothing to do with my head light. So Now All my lights are on and I'm supposed to PAY their friend 135$ to start not including the parts. My Car needed NO Parts I had a Head light that wasn't going BIRGHT supposedly on one side AFTER HE drove it and they opened My hood multiple times.
my REVIEW is so not go their unless your a friend they will give you a free inspection and Mess up other people's cars to make money. YOU gotta know the guy or mechanic to get an inspection sticker. Which I witnessed them do for someone else.

So 2001 Chevy Suburban, I came in for an inspection and i failed due to reasons completely different from what i was quoted for. Didn't test either battery or alternater, then tried to quote me $250 for a battery that I got for $150. Tried to charge me $300 for an alternator that I paid $180 for at O'Reilly's that ALSO came with a lifetime warranty. Then they wanted to charge me $135/hr for 2 hours of work to install the two parts. I finished the installation using spare parts in said O'Reilly's parking lot in half the time. Battery and the alternator was little more than undoing a couple bolts and plugs. The only tricky part was the fan belt so maybe a little skill is required. I also purchased windshield wipers, the reason I failed the inspection, and then got my reinspection to pass. If you can do it yourself I would recommend that.

When the Riley’s owned this it was a great place to do business. After Mister Riley passed away Miss Riley decided to sell the place. I wish we could have taken her offer to buy it.
DONT GO THERE NOW. Went into for an inspection and they refused because of a low power steering fluid. When I asked to top it off they said no and tried to sell me a flush.
It’s a total scam. Go to the red barn next door.

If I could leave a negative review I would. 1 star isn't even close.
Oil change, fuel filter, and air filter change and it cost $390. I'm a woman, so I didn't know any better. I did authorize the charges because I know it needed done.
When my spouse found out he was beside himself. He called a competitor in springtown who charges $107 for the exact same thing.
Absolutely ridiculous.
