“Texas had its annual snow storm yesterday. Of course on the day I completely ran out of juice. The store posted on their page they were open so I called ahead to make sure they had what I needed before I made the trek in the snow out there. They had it so as soon as my husband got home with my truck I headed out. They called me while I was on my way asking if I could be there soon because the whether was getting worse so they were getting ready to head out. I told them I was just a few minutes out and they so kindly waited and stayed open for me and said “we didn’t want to leave you hanging”. The fact that they took the time to call me to make sure I was coming before they closed, when they could’ve just gone home to avoid more dangerous driving conditions and I wouldn’t have even blamed them for it, speaks volumes about their customer service! Both of the employees were great, and I didn’t get their names but the gentlemen with longer hair is very good at educating you on different products you’re wanting to try and making sure you know everything about them and the differences between brands and everything. They’re a really great store and I highly recommend them!”
