Ordered a bacon king, no cheese. Cashier got it correctly, cook apparently said "F no". The manager said he would go back to make it personally. Received a double hamburger, mayo, ketchup.. no cheese, but no bacon as well. What is the point of ordering a bacon king that has no bacon.

There was some really bad blood between two of the three employees. I stood around for about 10 minutes waiting to give my order and decided I didn't need any of this for dinner.

Do yourself a favor and drive past this location. The cashier (guy with a ponytail) was so incompetent and slow. He is literally not equipped to work at a Burger King or maybe anywhere! I mean he was extremely stressed out by like 3 total customers and threatening to throw food at the customers in the drive thru. Way too much hostility for a Burger King??♀️ He loudly complained and whined the entire time we were there…about literally everything.

Friday 9/22/2023- 10:35pmWe pull up through the drive-thru and a young man by the name Logan told us he would be with us in just a moment. No biggie because it gave us time to look at the menu. After a few minutes we said “hello” and were told in an annoyed manner that he would be with us in just a moment. Again, no biggie but we were confused on the tone as at this point we thought it was maybe an automated voice. We continued to discuss the menu. We then said we were ready to order. Logan, rudely, stated that there were four orders ahead of us and implied he was the only employee working. So we asked why he did not let us know the first time. Logan then decided to tell us to have a goodnight and exit the drive-thru. We went ahead and left. There was in fact one guy in there working. So while we don’t appreciate Logan’s rude attitude, I do feel that having ONE single person to take orders and make them is bad management.
