“Had some of their beef jerky and it was phenomenal! Probably the best cut of meat I have ever seen jerked. The moisture content was ideal. Some people are fans of soft or tender jerky, others like it very dry. I would call this the perfect middle, not so wet that it feels like sweaty shoe leather and not so dry that it is like a dog treat. I have had a lot of different jerky and this could possibly be my favorite.”
