“I spoke with Chad about a problem with their 600# feeders, clogging at spin plate. The units I had were a couple of years old and had a design issue causing the clogging. They quickly admitted the issue and had a representative drive to my ranch in Callahan County within 2 days of my initial contact with Chad. That is great service! The units manufactured shortly after mine have addressed the design problem and I will be buying more in the near future.
