The nicest people work there. We came in with a leaky radiator desperate for help. The gentleman there used his own pressure testing equipment to help us. Thanks to him he found our radiator cap was bad and got us back on the road. So thankful, he really saved the day. I wish I caught his name. Salt n Pepper hair, tall, helpful disposition.

Christopher was extremely helpful and professional. Replaced our battery, checked the alternator, electrical system, and got us back on the road right away.

Unhelpful, rude condescending. Feel like being made to look like an idiot because these guys can’t answer a simple question? Call these guys up.Update…still awful. Still rude, pushy, and got extremely irritated with me but yet, a guy walked in behind me, friendly as can be to him.

To whom it may concern, I didn’t get to turn in my two weeks notice at O’Reillys Auto parts store in Brady Texas. Store #1979. My manager was Allen Witt. Mr Witt had been verbally abusing/ harassing me from the start of my job with O’Reillys. The first day out that I was out delivering my parts to the professional customers. Mr. Witt jumped on me for not delivering to one customer before the other. I was not told that I needed to deliver one before the other because I was not told to do so. I had not had the proper training as to how he wanted it done. I was just told go deliver it and come back. Anyways during my employment I had issues with him always telling me. Where were you, where did you go? Why are you talking so long? I would always reply. I just went and came back. He would proceed in tell me over and over even afterI would tell him I didn’t go any other place just made my delivery and returned. I had been working with him for almost a heat and a half. In that time I would go to him with issues and he would fail to help me. When ever I asked to go to the Dr I was told I had to bring a Dr. Note and he would take my vacation days. When we were short staffed I told him I could help with whatever he needs. I was given a key. Now this was something I don’t understand. When we got a pick ticket and was a sale we made but had to wait until the part arrived at the store. Now when I asked why is the Manager taking the sale away from the team members that made the sale my assistant manager said that the manager could do it. If he gives you the credit for the sale it is because he wants to not because he has to give you the credit for the sale. How can he take credit for a sale he did not do? We have a no smoking policy and you can’t smoke within so many feet of the building. Yet like clockwork he opens that back door and smokes in the doorway. He started a fire about 4 weeks ago because he smoked and flung his cigarette butt into the parking lot. The wind blew it over towards the dumpster. Thank god the fire department had just walked out of the restaurant next door and responded to the fire he started. I fell in the store because he left a battery core on the floor and I didn’t see it when I was walking behind the counter. I tripped and hurt my self. He was told but he never made any type of report. The next week I tripped again with some mats that he has put between the counters. Again I get hurt. The assistant manager made a report but that was all. So two weeks ago he starts yelling at me about how I am putting the sale tags wrong. I told him no I am not he continued to yell at me that I am doing it wrong again I am defending my self telling him no I t is not me. He said yes and you did it last month. I said no I did not. Then the assistant tells him no she didn’t do it. I did it. They joke about it. I have also had to listen to othe inappropriate conversation. The manager and assistant manager are talking about stages of men being gay. The manager talks about how one man is gay because he likes it in the back. The assistant said no their is three types of gay. Then when I asked about what they are talking about they said it’s was a show the assistant manager wife was watching. It was not a conversation that should be talked about in the store. Well on Thursday May 12,2022 my manager started harassing me again about my delivery. I had enough. I started writing my two weeks at the front counter and walked to the back. My boss walked in the back and I was on the phone calling my husband to tell him what was happening and that I wanted to quit. After the call I walked back to the front and my boss yelled out. May leave your key on my desk when you leave. I grab my thing and tell the other members thanks for working with me. I leave the store crying. So I ended up reporting to my HR department and to the 24 Hr. Hot line. On Saturday I am getting parts for my car and my boss is the person at the counter. I did tell him over the phone I will return back at work. On Saturday afternoon I return back at O’Reillys

The employees must have been new because they weren't very knowledgeable about parts but thats okay I found what I needed and will still use O'Reilly
