This store was clean, well stocked, and the employees were very helpful. This is one of my favorite Tractor Supply stores! I always find something here, especially in the clearance area!

8-2-25: Gave one star as this was the only lowest rating Available. They had a clearance section with lots of stuff. My husband asked the older man manager at the time if he would consider 50% off on everything. He said yes. And he would make it happen. Got to the checkout and told Ladies the same thing. I'd chosen a metal pan that was severely dented. Originally marked at $12.99 now to $6.99 the new 50% off would have made it $3.99. So checked out went to the truck and the ticket sold it at $6.99. So went back in and the one Hispanic woman and the one white lady got upset saying it was a REDUCED item not clearance, so the 50% wouldn't apply. I told her she could keep her doggone pan and the man didn't say anything at all to my defense. Not dependable people by any means. Not going back. They can keep it and lose my business.

I have been buying wet dog food from Tractor Supply on a regular basis. I finally decided to sign up for the subscription service. I was expecting 90 individual servings to be shipped to me in 6 cases of 15. This is how they have always been shipped to me. Today I received one big box where someone dumped all 6 cases in together. How did they expect me to store these? And the worst is most of them were damaged. I did call in a complaint and they say they are replacing the whole order which I am happy about but there is no guarantee they will be shipped right this time. I was very disappointed; however, customer service was very kind and helpful. I live in Brady, Texas and I want to say this review is not about our store here. We have a great store with very kind and helpful employees.

Man I wish all stores were as helpful as they are at this one. My husband and I bought property here in Brady and I can’t tell you one single time we’ve come into town and not had to come to tractor supply for one thing or another. Every single sales person is so absolutely helpful from management down. I’ve been to other tractor supply companies and none of them. Compare to this one! Well done guys, we will continue to see you each week when we’re in town and as always with smiles!

Bought a trash pump 2 months ago!They had no fittings, hoses, for the pumpTypical to be under stockedWanted to buy a 2600 lawn mower and charge over the phone, and have Forman pickupHave purchase from this store for 10 years… they said against there policyCalled Brownwood Home DepotSeamless… Forman pickup .. I travel through out the us … the worst tractor supply I have dealt with!
