“I was supposed to pick up a 15 ft truck, but some jakeleg parked a returned U-Haul in front of it. U-Haul kindly gave me a 26 ft (with NO easy lift) at the same price. The woman I spoke with was professional and helpful. The local U-Haul has become online only. It ended up fine, but was fairly stressful at the onset.”
