I’m sorry Dan had a bad experience with Bulkley and Shelly. It was exactly the opposite that I had. Shelly was up front and extremely helpful through the entire process of purchasing my tractor. She introduced me to a lender that beat my home town lender by 41% on total interest charges. She also provided me with the entire maintenance history of the tractor (great to have when shopping for 3rd party warranty companies). And she was super quick with all the paperwork when I arrived to pick up the tractor. 30 minutes and we were done. I’ve had the tractor for a year and except for a couple of sensors the tractor has been perfect. The same goes for the APU. Bulkley and Shelly were helpful, honest and friendly. I’d buy from them again tomorrow if I was in the market.

We started looking for semi trucks Volvo VNL860 starting from Tampa, FL all the way up to Brashear, TX. We saw over 30 trucks and none of the sales reps were so nice and patient the way Shelly was. She let us look at the trucks for 2 days until we finally choose one. After we choose the truck she recommended us Victory Ave Equipment Financing who helped us to close the sell in 2 days with the best financing rate ever. We would like to thank all of the people involved in this sale (especially Shelly and Ismael) for making our dream come true. We will certainly come back for more business. SCAM Company!!!! Stay away from their Leasing division as they will provide false information about their trucks and the consignmemt trucks they sell!!! I put a 2k deposit on a truck I was intrested in. Shelly, the owners wife at no point mention that I could not test drive the truck. I flew in, spent a lot of money on the trip, just to find out that I was not allowed to drive the truck. I did not go through the purchase because I was not allowed to drive and these guys pretty much stole my deposit. SHAME !!!

They advertise trucks for sales on Truck Paper missing important information from those truck taking pictures from excellent trucks and publishing in order get costumers seller no motivated to sell ignoring emails with Questions regarding vehicle

Bulkley Trucking is a great company. I have been with Bulkley for more than five years and feel valued by the drivers and the office staff. The GM is professional, empathetic, and easy to work for. The dispatchers have experience in driving and are helpful to the drivers out on the road. The drivers at Bulkley are some of the best and are willing to help new drivers and train those who want to change careers and go into trucking

The main office is locked up and they act like they are the Gestapo. They act like they are better than the drivers. Communication with anyone in the office is next to impossible and if you do get someone, they talk down to you. They say they teach people to get their CDLs but they don't even work with people to help them. Solo drivers are paid poorly too.

Training is you use their truck and train yourself on the lot. They say you are family but the main office is locked off from drivers. Lack of communication from dispatch will have you sitting a lot.

I bought a truck from braint after I made the payment i came to pick it up I found all truck tires was replaced with old ones and all batteries was replaced with dead ones god knows what was stolen too REMEMBER easy money come easy go
