Figured I'd use the computer at Walmart to get a filter since I was there already. Wrong filter. That's what I get for not going to Brazoria O'Reilly in the first place. Lesson learned. Won't happen again.”

“Went in with a brake pad from a drum to disk conversion. Didn’t know what it was from. Young lady helped my search with very limited information. Very positive but did not find a matching pad. Said her colleague had more experience and that he would help me. Jon worked for almost an hour searching for the pad. Finally found it. Great job Jon. Thank you! I’m not sure I would have ever found the pad and the car it matched. Yes, there are car guys and gals who know cars and car parts. Thanks again to both of you.”

“Not sure what his name was, so unfortunately I'm going to call this guy man-bun samurai and I mean do disrespect by calling him this he just had a unique hair cut, not bad looking.
Reason for this post is he was super helpful while managing two seperate checkout experiences simultaneously including myself...even when my card got declined due to wrong PIN(recently changed banks).
Very efficient, friendly and professional. Greeted me when I came in and told me if I needed help to let him know.
I know it's simple and mundane but these experiences can make the difference and brighten a day... I usually don't take the time to write these reviews either.

“I brought my car here after I had an accident. It was the most easy and flawless process that I went through. I worked with April and she overly communicated everything to make sure I was aware of what was going on with the shop, my car, and the insurance process. This is the first time I ever had to do anything like this where somebody hit me and I had to go through insurance and it Couldn’t have been any more less stressful I imagine with April, I am so appreciative of that! Even after when there was a slight tire rubbing after my car was done I was able to call and they immediately got me in to fix the problem. My car looks great and brand new like nothing ever happen! Great work with great people!”

“This place is as old school friendly place, my RV door was not working and could not get in
I stopped unannounced and they promptly attacked it so it opens and then was kind enough to suggest he had a new lock assembly which I bought, A true rescue on a difficult day, people still do matter and this place rocks.
