You guys need to listen more to your customers this new service sucks so bad I been resetting this tv 30 times constantly calling in tech BTEL doesn’t care about customers it’s only money they care about terrible service from the beginning seriously you need to go back to old reliable service never had this problem then that would make customer happy we are seriously disappointed and considering satellite service

Constant connection issues when we're paying more than $100 for 100mbps. Every time you call to see why its happening they blame it on you or highway construction. I would choose anyone else if BTEL wasn't a monopoly in Brazoria County.

They came out and “ upgraded our equipment “ trouble ever since… tech called and said must need booster/s .. I asked why techs bringing new equipment didn’t check and she said only check main room, advised if I wanted to go to Starlink so so , asked to talk to supervision.. we’ll see ? Not overly optimistic about a good resolution… sad.. shouldn’t charge large for a service that does not work properly!

Absolutely garbage, service comes and goes, especially a issue when you have security cameras that shut off and have to reset everytime.

My friend who lives in Brazoria TX has BTEL fiber and he is paying like $120 for 250 mbps which is unacceptably expensive. Unfortunately, this is the only ISP that's available in Brazoria Texas.. You may be eligible for Satellite Internet like Hughesnet, Exede, or Starlink but I wouldn't go for Satellite internet if you are a typical daily internet user because Satellite Internet is not good for Daily Streaming, Gaming, or any other heavy internet activity. But yeah this company runs a Monopoly entirely through the whole town of Brazoria TX which sucks.
AT&T Fiber is so much better because you can literally get like 500 MBPS for like $65 which is about the HALF of PRICE compared to BTEL. But Sadly AT&T is not Available in Brazoria.. Its only available if you live in Lake Jackson, Clute, or Angleton.
But yeah if you are someone who doesn't wanna spend your money on a useless service, don't go with this company.

Nothing but good things to say. Setup was quick and painless, it's easy to access my online account and I've never had any issues with my autopay. Connection speed is perfect for streaming games, doing video meetings, etc.

0 customer service skills. They don’t care as they are the only hard wire provider. I tried twice with them to get service and they won’t give it to me as i am not done building. But i have 3 structures. That’s fine. There’s others out there

Have had multiple multiple problems with this crap company and there high fiber optic service. It works when it wants to . But you can bet they sure as hell want their money ever months. Their technology is out dated . Their so called technicians do not know what they are doing .And customer service sucks. But living in brazoria we are pretty much stuck with a Crap of a company.

They are great at charging $90 dollars if you have an issue but when there systems are down most of the time not even a discount.Can't wait for another network to come to the area

Outages almost nightly. It's 2025 almost everyone has streaming services so when the wifi just stops working for a hour or two you just got to find a good book instead. Thanks B-Tel for making me crack open a book once and a while.

If I could give it 0 stars I would, I have been having issues for the past 5 months with this company and every time I call “customer service” they say “I will escalate the issue to our network technicians” then the issue never gets resolved. They charge $130 a month for 250 down/up because they know they’re the only ISP that is available in Brazoria. I can’t wait til AT&T comes through and wipes y’all out.
