After long conversations about placement of packages. I got a postal package BOX. They still threw it in the yard where a neighbors dog gets it and chews on it. This has happened multiple times.Update I got a package box. One of the larger ones. Placed at the end of the driveway on the right side. Today got a package just the right size to fit easily in the package box. But no they left it out on the side so a neighbors dog c I uld take it off and chew on it. You can pay people to do a job. But ou can't pay for them to care about what they are doing. They need a less than 1 star rating to choose.

They are very nice and polite here. I've never had a missing, lost, or damaged package from them. This one is 1,000x better than all the other USPS offices I've dealt with. They clearly work very hard and actually care about people.

Edit: Updating my previous review because the employee who wasn't interested in her job is no longer there.The Post Office is now a more welcoming place than it was 6 months ago. So 4 stars! Thank you for providing to the public and helping us out! Keep up the good work. Very sweet people working here now

When I go into my local post office the interactions start off really well until they need to do "extra" work. Anything that can't be done in 30 seconds or requires a little more brain power is too much for them. They once sent me away because the internet was down and they couldn't help me in any way. I was told the internet was down for 3 days and they don't control when it'll come back online. I left them my number to call me back when it was online again and they didn't call. I don't think calling back would've been so hard, but they didn't even try to call. Two, I went back in to inquire about what to do about a 3 month PO box because it says online thay I can't undo the automatic payments and I was told "Yeah, I don't know. You have to do it online." I asked about the post master so they could answer my question and they were like "Oh they'll be here Monday." They didn't say anything else just that. Not an offer to ask for me or anything. But hey at least they finally gave me the PO box keys... I go in respectful and it really irritates me that they don't bother to try doing their job for the community. Too many times I've had to figure things out online because when I go in person they act like they do not have time for my questions or that they're being lazy. The people at the fromt counter need more training and should be given orders to try to resolve issues that people have. One time i overheard the lady there tell a man to drive to Alvin or Angleton because their internet was working ... she didn't bother to try and call on his behalf since it was an issue with HER office. She put the responsibility on the customer and I find that so wrong. She doesn't want to be there. And it's a new person acting like this. There's been two other women working the counter before her, and they did not act the way this new one acts. Glasses, short hair, wears a vest, and in general is soft spoken yet unwilling to help people. She needs more training. I do not believe is she able to do this job nor does she want to.

New drivers for my area are saying they delivered packages to me or put them in my mailbox and they're nowhere to be found. This is getting out of hand. I can deal with not getting my mail til 7 or 8 at night but some packages don't get refunds or replaced.

I sell online and my package never reached to the customer. I had to issue a full refund to the buyer.

3rd package “lost” in the last month. All 3 times the person in front and behind me also had “lost” packages. The lady working the desk was rude for no reason. This time i just left w/out filling out a “loss” form because i give up on the USPS.I will just pay more for other options from now on.

I don’t know why but our mail delivery driver keeps leaving our mailbox open with mail in it. This is not only unprofessional but also inconsiderate. There is no reason for our mail to have to dry before we look at it!

Deltry was amazing! Our passport service was quick and easy! We went in with our infant and drove an hour to go to this location. (Only location that had any available time slots due toCovid). Deltry and the entire staff was friendly. Usually I don’t put reviews out but Deltry’s service stood out so much, I just had to!

We just moved to South Brazoria from Dallas. I want to thank everyone at the Brazoria post office; 10 stars for the professional and friendly staff and carriers. We are truly grateful for all of you. We love our new home, and love our new town.

Very unprofessional and rude, deliberately mark certain mail matter as undeliverable to cause confusion and delays, deliver wrong mail (neighbour's) consistently. Didn't receive your bank statement.. just ask your neighbor; it was delivered to them. One star is too good of a rating.

Told Btel that my address dosent existed! They called and verified my address. I receive mail everyday at the same address and mail box but they failed to deliver my bill and told them my address dosent exists. I only found out because Btel called me with the returned package.
