As a business owner in this town I stopped by to get some change. The teller said I have to have an account there to get change for a $20 bill. When she asked if I had a business in town I answered yes and she asked her manager if I could get some change and his answer was No. Well I called every other bank in town and everyone said to come in without an issue. You can guess who didn't get our business account, and I opened a business account with another bank that would help me. There sign says community first hmm.The tellers were nice though.

This is the most unprofessional bank in town. They treat people based on what they’ve heard about them in town. I’d suggest taking your money down the road to first national bank.

First off let me say this bank needs a major update from the inside because it is VERY outdated. They also might consider hiring more teller because at the time I went there was only one teller at the lobby but 8 people on the other side of the bank without any customers. Also, when their website states "online banking" the only thing you can do is view your transaction(s) and balance. I would recommend for this bank to do a SWOT Analysis before it's too late.
