I originally went in thinking I might do my laundry myself, but I had a few questions about how things worked. Wanda was very personable, patient, and helpful in explaining everything, which made the whole process easy—especially for someone like me who can feel a little anxious asking questions.
The service itself was outstanding. My clothes came back perfectly clean, neatly folded, and smelled great. She followed my instructions exactly (I asked her not to dry my jeans, and she took care of that), which I really appreciated. She also texted me when everything was ready, and it was done right on time.
The laundromat itself is very clean, bright, and welcoming, with plenty of machines. When I went, it was quiet and had a really comfortable feel.
