I was greeted the second I walked in. Drae Metz was excellent, friendly, professional, patient, kind and thorough! I just moved here and he helped me switch to ATT. My old carrier was terrible, to say the least, to deal with, but he took care of everything so well! I'm sure he needed a well deserved break AND lunch break when I left because my old carrier took up a lot of his time, but he was always positive! Even Manny, the manager, was great! He runs the store superbly! This store is top notch! I will definitely recommend it to everyone and I look forward to future visits with them! Outstanding customer service!

We have been with AT&T for over 20 years. Recently, Bobby, in the Brenham store, helped us for the second time with our account and additional phones. He is very personable, remembers details, and is super helpful every time we are at the store. Highly recommend Bobby!

We were there about 5 minutes before being approached. Which is fine. They were busy as usual. However, when one of the guys came over to take our name, he told us he would be wrapping up the customer he was with and we would be next. As he finished, another "quick sale" customer walked in and he waited on her instead. After spending 10 or so minutes with her, he walked to the back without a word to us. I guess for lunch. Shortly, thereafter, Drae came out and called our name. He was Great!!! More communication from the first guy would have been nice. Don't tell someone they are next, if they won't be. However, as I said, Drew was great. Excellent customer service from him!

Sad that we had to drive to this location from lagrange where we had a bad experience. Drove to Branham to pay a bill. I appreciate the service at this location although I have a bad taste from AT&T Lagrange and your corporate customer service. Keep up the great work Brenham!

Went into store and sold us extra 2 hotspot lines, when got bill it was double what it should have been. Tried calling because we were out of town and literally impossible to get a hold of someone. Then when I went in store they told us they can’t fix and take the lines off even though they could add them. Then an associate told us that they would get the store manager to delete the extra 2 lines and that was 4 days ago. Very disappointing. Still have not been taken off.
