Nice lady who answers the phone. I broke down 9 miles from dealership in Brenham. Had a truck to me in about 20 minutes, $120 for the tow. Called many auto shops in Brenham and nobody would answer because apparently they're all very busy but b&b consistently answered.
The dealership in Brenham wanted a crazy amount of money for a relatively simple repair so I wanted to tow it to a mechanic I know in Houston and b&b quoted me 600 bucks for about an 80 mile tow. I called several places in Houston who were willing to drive out to Brenham and bring the truck back for $400 dollars. Same $400 price consistently from multiple quotes.
Excellent 5 star service from B&B and likely the best choice for towing needs around Brenham. For a longer distance tow you might be better off calling around for a wrecker at your destination location, unless you are in a rush and got the $ to burn for immediate help. Good folks and highly recommended.

Transmission went on my Nissan Sentra on the way back from Galveston to Austin on Memorial Day. This business was the only place to answer at 4pm. They were very upfront about the backlog of repairs, cost, and their lack of regularly changing Nissan transmissions. They offered to tow both me, my husband, and my 60 lb pit bull back home and only quoted us $600. It would have easily cost 2 to 3x that for the almost 80 miles with another service on a holiday evening like that. They were super helpful about telling us where we might be able to find a used transmission and the drive back was very safe. Would definitely recommend as they’re honest, hardworking people with decades of experience if you live in the area.

Called was sold a over sized tire while waiting at a circle k for them to show told them that tire was to tall Installed anyways was told the over size tire would take more of the weight with it did it took so much it began to come apart chuncks of it split from the tires tread won't ever buy another tire from them worst part is I was never asked what size My tire was was just sent a picture of it and asked if it would work and it ended up costing me 530 bucks plus another 2400 to replace the entire set on the axle because of it

Great service! So fast and reasonable price, we got Stuck in the gas station, our battery got dead, I called a tons of phone numbers and nobody could help us, just them! They arrived so fast and fix our problem! Thank you very much!!!

Very great people! Towed my truck trailer and myself 40 miles, dropped me off at a motel then was going to pick me back up the next day to take me back to the dealership to get my truck! I highly recommend these people.

B&B rescued a friend and me on Sunday, May 21, after a 4.5 hour wait for AAA. In less than 30 minutes, we were on our way back into Brenham. The service was awesome. I've since cancelled my AAA membership and have B&B as my go to towing service now. Very grateful for them.
