“Wanted to open an account with a bank in Brenham as our bank did not have a branch in the area. Started at Chase Bank, but after finding out it was personal account and not a business account, they said they didn't have time that day(10:30am), and wanted us to schedule a time next week.
Drove down the road to CITIZENS and not only did they have the time, they were extremely prompt, as it only took about 15 minutes. They even had an account opening gift! The checking account had a lower account balance required than Chase, and half the fee if you did go below that balance, too.
Thanks to Linda Wilkerson for taking the time to welcome us to the family and for giving a nice firm handshake as we were leaving.
