Got my money messed up and would not give me straight answers as to how or why glad I'm done.

I keep having problems with PNC bank. This time, I had a check go thru that was supposed to be on hold from the 2nd party. I called Brenham Bank, and they said that they could stop it and the money would be back in my account 3 to 4 days. I called a week later, and the teller gave me another number to call, and they could update me on the account. After I called, they said that they could not stop the check. I called Brenham Bank back because they said that they recorded all calls. I called to find out who I talked to to stop payment. The teller didn't have access to that information, so I would have to talk to a different person, but she had a customer in her office. The teller took my name and number and said she would call me later. Several hours went by, and there no phone call. I called, and the lady that said the check could be stopped answered the phone. She kept saying she was sorry but couldn't give me any good reasons why and why they didn't update me.MY THOUGHTS IS TO STAY AWAY FROM BRENHAM TEXAS PNC BANK.

Rude staff. Manager is polite but does not know how to do his job. Needs major imporovement.

Bad customer service and the list could go on and on. Can't use the ATM machine because its been broken for months now. Any idea when customers will be able to use it again? This is ridiculous and an inconvenience to customers.

PNC is trash compared to BBVA. Poor customer service and the caucasian lady (teller) with blonde hair is nothing but ATTITUDE! They better do something because no one has to deal with Karen and her bad attitude. I’m opening a checking/savings account at Chase. I will NOT deal with a bad attitude when handling business at a bank. Thank me and be polite because I refuse to accept anything else.

Been with them for 9 years, but this branch is a mess right now. Very disappointed with the whole transition to PNC and how understaffed they are. Shopping for other banking options.

Update your hours online if you're closed on Saturday. Every other bank in Brenham is open except BBVA. Worthless. Closing my account for sure.
