Staff was very professional and courteous, room was clean and also already cool when I arrived.
Be aware that this is a motel- your door opens to the parking lot. The icky way to the second floor is via outdoor stairs. There is no elevator. So if your suitcase is large, get a first floor room.

I reserved two rooms. Both of the rooms had musty room odors. One was much more intense than the other. I had to spray a deodorizer. I had to spray several times in the room to eliminate the moldy smell, Enough that we were able to sleep the one night. The breakfast was good and the hostess Sherry was very attentive and gracious. That was the bright spot. I do believe for the rooms we reserved they were most definitely overpriced.

Exceptional service. The staff was very friendly. The room was very nice, clean and large. The air conditioning worked very well. The mini fridge kept everything cold. Breakfast was good and filling. The only issue was having two remotes to work the tv.

Nice little best western, we enjoyed our stay. Asked for room near the pool and given one right next to it. They even came out and brought towels for us. Rooms were nice and cool, and beds were comfortable.

Conveniently located, room was very clean, bed and sheets were comfortable, quiet, and it was well stocked; all deserving of a 5 start rating. However, service gets a one star rating as we stayed 3 nights and during that time, housekeeping did not service our room at all. We had to call the front desk twice to get towels restocked. Overall rating of 3 considering I weigh service heavy overall.

The staff here is very welcoming and generous. We lost power during Hurricane Beryl and needed a hotel to stay in to keep medical supplies cold and we have a 1 year old. As soon as we got there the fridge was broken in the room, the maintenance gentleman left his break to get us a brand new fridge because he understood how important keeping insulin cold was. The women at the desk were wonderful we had to keep coming and adding days because we never knew when we would get power. They were so nice and made sure we could keep our same room each night. The woman who ran breakfast was amazing and always had everything ready early. The breakfast was delicious especially the biscuits, my little one loved the pancake machine too and ate those everyday. The wi-fi worked very quickly and my husband and I were both able to work from our room. The room was very clean. The bathtub was very clean and looked like it had a brand new bath mat and I felt comfortable letting my child take a bath there. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and even though we did not get the room cleaned they had extra towels for us and took our garbage each day. I would stay here again a heartbeat and the price was great too. We really appreciated everyone there.

Clean rooms with great on and off access to the highway. Close proximity to many of the local attractions.

The staff in the mornings are phenomenal, the breakfast is good, pool is clean, rooms are decent. But BW corporate really REALLY needs to send in a secret shopper to evaluate the way that Allie interacts with customers. How miserable of a person must you be to treat customers with such disrespect? I’ve seen several reviews mentioning her name as well, and BW replies saying that they will “retrain” her, but how many times do you need to retrain someone before you realize it’s just not working out? I would’ve given this hotel 4 stars if it weren’t for Allie’s nasty attitude.

The room was clean and very comfortable, and the motel is near many amenities. The entire staff was friendly and professional, and special thanks to Sherry at the front desk and the very kind woman who attended the breakfast. I highly recommend this establishment.

Sherry W was awesome at breakfast time. So polite and helpful. Now as for the overnight person at the desk (Allie) someone needs to send her to politeness school. Never before have a been given a death stare as soon as I came in to ask for extra washcloths & I got grumbled at, under her breath, but wouldnt repeat what she said when I said excuse me?
She flung her hand out at me to give me the washcloths & I said thank you.... No response from her. I think she needs a coke & a smile or maybe some Blue Bell ice cream. Might make her happier.
The room was clean & comfy. Was a tad bit disappointed that I had to walk around from the backside to get breakfast & etc when I had asked for a bottom floor room (which we got, but my Mom is 88, so it would have been nice if it had been a little more convenient to be closer to the entrance. Would have loved to give 5 stars for service but 1 person blew that for the others ?
