“This is probably the best place in town to service my vehicles. The automated equipment does an excellent job of cleaning my vehicles from top to bottom and the tire prep is second to none. My tires always look spotless and shiny.”
“I was in Brenham from out of town with my two girls when one of them unfortunately got sick and threw up in my car. I couldn’t find a self-service car wash nearby, so I stopped at Take 5 and asked if I could pay for a wash but just pull off to the side to clean up and vacuum the mess out of my car.
The staff was incredibly understanding and kind. They let me come in and use the vacuums without even charging me. It may seem like a small gesture, but in a stressful moment with two kids and a huge mess to clean up, it meant a lot to me.

However, as luck would have it, I decided to use the Soft Touch and had my driver's side mirror busted off. Standard factory installed non-moveable mirror. I talked with Michael, the manager, today and he was very respectful and understanding. We have worked an amicable resolution. Thanks Michael!”
