I went in to do a cash withdrawal and their system shut down in the process and took 4,600 off of my card, when the system came back up the banker tells me she does not have a transaction in the system for me. I was told that I had to wait to receive my money which was taken from account. I left the bank with no money and no documentation that this occurred. I went back to the bank the next day and talk to the VICE PRESIDENT and it was nothing that she was able to do. Once again I left the bank without my 4600 dollars and I have to wait days to see if the transaction will go back into my account. This is absolutely horrible for a BIG bank like chase. THEY COULD HELP MY ON ANY INCONVENIENC. I will NEVER ENTER NOR DEAL WITH THIS BANK AGAIN.

If you call or need any kinds of help with your acount there is no one there to answer your call or inperson so I've closed my account with chase Bank after talking to manager and not getting any help from her to solve my problem very bad place to Bank with in Brenham Texas

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Chase Bank and I must say, they do not treat their customers right. From the moment I walked into the branch, I felt like just another number in their system.The customer service representatives were unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my inquiries. It was as if they were going through the motions without any genuine care for my concerns. I had to repeat myself multiple times before they even acknowledged my presence.Furthermore, their policies and fees are exorbitant and unreasonable. I was shocked to discover the hidden charges and high interest rates associated with their services. It felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny out of me without providing any real value in return.To make matters worse, their online banking platform is clunky and outdated. It is frustrating to navigate and lacks the user-friendly features that other banks offer. It seems like Chase is lagging behind in terms of technological advancements, which is disappointing in this day and age.Overall, my experience with Chase Bank has left a sour taste in my mouth. Their lack of customer care, unreasonable fees, and outdated technology make me question why I chose to bank with them in the first place. I will definitely be exploring other options and taking my business elsewhere.

Worst branch I’ve ever had to use. If all you need is an ATM, they’re fine. However, if you make an appointment to meet with a Rep, they are never on time. If you come here, plan on standing around for a long time.

Lisa that one chick as soon as you walk in on the right . Made remarks about being tok lazy to wait on the phone for credit card support and said we had to wait 72hrs to wait for the credit card address change . when we went to the tellers with the British accent she changed my credit cards and my debit cards in a literal span of 2 minutes . Now I wouldn’t be upset if she just told us to do it on the phone, but to make remarks of us being lazy and not willing to wait for the call support I feel was uncalled for . Especially when we didn’t show up in any type of hostile manner and we apologized over 3x because we saw her speaking to someone . My father was a disabled vet and for him to be disrespected like that was absolutely pitiful .

No one answers the phone. There is no personal service unless you go there in person.

Don't use their ATM. The machine malfunctioned halfway through my transaction and never deposited my money and it never gave it back.

They are not focused on the customers but what they are doing. I have sat inside this bank for over a hour and a half waiting on a manger to get done with interviews this is completely unacceptable

The Brenham branch rarely answer their direct phone line. I have lived in Brenham for 4 years. This has been my personal experience every time I try to get a hold of the Brenham Chase Branch.

Rather close down this branch if can’t keep up with the customer service, running understaff and frustratingly longest wait times is not a way of best customer service for the largest bank in the country
