Krystal was amazing and extremely patient while helping me with my Crashed phone. She lept. Through hoops trying to retrive my contact info. She actually saved my home based. Business. She was my own Christmas Angel. Love love love!

Will never do this company again!! Service staff is rude. Bought phone cash and service but had terrible reception. Lots of "no service". When I went back to Brenham store and told them phone does not work well (a Motorola G7) they called my phone in store and said "you have good service". The phone I bought from them for cash is locked and cannot be used at another company for 6 months. I still cancelled and got new service.
