went in in hopes to schedule an appt, i know theyre busy with holidays coming up, didnt need anything right away. nothing fancy just a hair trim and wanted bangs. left my information with a lady (who seemed distracted) to get a call back to schedule with a stylist. that was a few weeks ago, still no call.

I started going here in 2018 had 2 different students working on me until,2019. Its a very lovely set up.Sinks hurt my neck . But in Houston its my go 2 place.

Elaina listens. You get the cut you want. She is honest if it won't work for you or if what you're asking for is achievable if you do xyz. Have never been disappointed. Nice change of pace since I normally hate a haircut for 2 weeks before I come around and accept it LOL
