Long‑time customers say they have never been hassled about a claim and the service is good, but some note that prices have risen sharply—home and car rates went up over fifty percent this year. A few customers report problems with the website and app, making it hard to get information when needed, and roadside assistance was described as a nightmare. Overall many people say Germania is fair and a great place to get insurance, and they recommend it.
Great place to work. I was very surprised when insurance shopping to find Insurance prices for auto and home are competitive with major nationwide carriers like StateFarm Farmers Allstate Liberty Mutal etc.

Gosh I have been with Germania for over 25 years. They have never hassled me about a claim and yet they are are on the expensive side you get fantastic customer service. I would recommend them !

Have had Germania for a couple years now and only had to use them for roadside assistance. But trying to do that was a nightmare.
