The place smells like dirty clothes. Prices are high for being donated.

Who is the insane person pricing the items? Are they on drugs or just greedy? My friends and family stopped shopping here because of the crazy prices on literal trash. I’m serious. They had a used styrofoam egg carton for $2.99. Make it make sense.

This store has continued to be poorly stocked. The warehouse is full but it appears it isn’t a priority to bring it to the floor. Some areas are full but housewares and decorative items are NOT!

Refused my donation without looking at it. I was dropping off a $300 vacuum cleaner, a $80 induction cooktop and other small items like a number of Harbor Freight tools still unopened.
She just said “we don’t take AC’s” like her day was going terrible and it was my fault.
I said “what about the other stuff.”
She said “if I can’t sell it, we don’t take it”.
There were new items in packaging sticking out of the bins, so I’m confused at this point.
I said “okay, I’ll donate it somewhere else… there’s tons of good stuff in here” and started to show her the valuable items, but she was already walking away.
So basically she was just really lazy. I wasted my gas money and time to drive there.

We used to love that store couple years ago, a nice lady name Chantel was the manager and prices were fair. Now it's been a little while you might aswell buy on Walmart or Amazon and it'll be cheaper and new. Not sure who sets the prices now but it's absolutely ridiculous most of the time...

I love this store, you never know what you’ll find. It’s clean & orderly & the staff is wonderful..especially Kim. A great, fun place for treasure hunting.

This is a great location between Austin and Houston to drop off donations! Shopping is always fun. Jewerly, art, cool clothes, and tons of shoes!!! Going through their furniture and electronics is always exciting. We bought a nice kitchen table with four chairs for next to nothing. I'm a book fan, and always find a good read. The two women that run the store are available and always friendly. There seems to be a high turnover rate., but a few long term folks are there. Kim, tall black girl with funny hair can always point you in the right direction. Ask her about the color discounts, and any special items they might have. You always know when she's in the store because her voice is so loud!!! Casheirs are polite and mannerly. Kim moonlights at Whataburger in Giddings, so if she's tired give her a break. She's always got the scoop on the store and other employee gossip, and boy does she love to run that mouth!! Boutique section is full of steals, and pricing is spot on. We always leave happy with our treasures. Thank you Goodwill Brenham!
