I take her 3 pm class Monday- Thursday.
I have some health issues that she is helping me to overcome. She listens to what your needs are and works with you.
I never thought I would be this strong again at age 62. I love how my body is becoming firm again and my medical issues are helped to regain what I have lost.
If you want a great trainer Sabrina is the best.
But ALL the staff is awesome and friendly.

“Love, love, LOVE this place! I have been going here since January. The owners are so nice and helpful when trying new machines. The people who use this gym are like family. It’s so hard to take that first step into a gym when starting your journey to a healthier life. No judgment. Just pure compassion and support from everyone. They may not have the newest or fanciest machines but I would much rather come here compared to a “chain gym”.”
