Urgently needed an electrical part today (July 12 around 11:30am). Was driving from out of town to this Home Depot and spoke with a wonderful lady in the electrical department. I wish I knew her name. She provided the best customer service I’ve ever had at any Home Depot. Excellent job well done and thank you!

Shop here all the time but I'm frustrated that almost every trip I see dogs without being leashed or not service animals. I have twin babies and yesterday a man's dogs jumped off the cart platform and I yelled! Enforce your rules please! This isn't petco and I shouldn't have to worry about large dogs approaching me or family. Your employees I talked to said it happens all the time!

Customer service is absolutely horrible. Hard to get anyone to help on the phone and when you call for your order they say it’s all there and a person drives 45 minutes to pick it up only to find it’s only partially in.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. I also support them because my daughter has worked for them for some time now (not this store!).
My wife and I went to the Brenham Store #8513 on Sat. Mar 9 about 5pm to purchase a new washer and dryer. We walk around the department for about 20 min and never saw one employee walking around or even ask us if we could be helped. We finally decided on a set so I went looking for someone to complete the sale. I rounded a corner and there were three employees setting at the design desk and all were on their phones. I asked if they wanted to sale a washer/dryer. Not many seemed motivated to help but one finally got up. Then I asked about the "Delivery Required" signs that were posted everywhere and was informed they do not keep any in stock. So we decided to leave at that point. I went upfront to the "customer service" desk to at least inform them of our experience. One girl told us that she did not work in that department so did not know anything. The other girl told us that we should leave a bad review. So here you go!
We went to Lowes across the street and had two employees address us within 1 min of entering the dept. Will be going to Lowes now for everything because this Home Depot will not be open much longer.

Be careful going late in the evening. The late shift manager will let her employee chase customers out of the store verbally assaulting them on camera and do nothing about it. And do not ask andre(dre) The lumber associate for help. Because he will put it off. He will probably tell you he is with a customer currently hoping that you will forget what your need and just leave. Corporate was called about this issue, but a highly doubt any actions were taken.

Should be named the "homie" depot. Always crowded with Mexicans and the workers are unhelpful and never "working"
