this is the fourth or fifth time i have gone in this store for lumber items. i am appalled to see a girl name oney still there. this girl is rude, obnoxious and just flatout doesnt work. i've seen her on aforlklift driving way too fast and not listening to anyone, scattering lumber everyone. why is this idiot still there?? useless. and she is going to hurt someone if you dont do something now. if i hear she's hurt someone and i've complained before i am saving these to show to corp and the familie of anyone shehurts. fire her before she kills or maimes someone.

buyer beware! if you ever purchase major appliances at home depot, use your discover or visa or another card. because you c-a-n-n-o-t dispute a major appliance on your home depot card (you can't dispute a bad purchase!)(back story)we purchased a washer and dryer at the brenham home depot and were given the runaround and "go talk to the manufacture" home depot will not replace the appliances nor give me a refund!buyer beware!we were moving to a new town and made our purchases at home depot brenhamback story we are moving that week andthe washer arrived (new out of the box) with the back side crushed the rude driver demands that i "accept the order" and i refused. i spoke to home depot dispatch and in only 2.5 more weeks they promised me a new washer. i kept the dryer and accepted the dryer*** my mistake *** the dryer is also defectivethe washer finally arrives and then we get that installed, its time to hook up the dryer, i find that the dryer is defective has a bad heating eliment- home depot tells me that we cant return it or get a refund its "older that 48 hours and there is nothing they can do"i am not able to dispute the charge but am sent to ge to work on arrangements to get the new appliance fixed!the whole company home depot is on the decline with people shifting the blame on others and not doing their jobsremember do not make major appliances purchases on your home depot card you will get the "run around" to have to wait for the manufacturer to do somethingfinally, the store manager arron gave me a small "instore rebate" as i called the customer services and told them that i was on my way to put6 loads of wet laundry on the counter at home depot and tell the other customers what happened -(see photos attached - this is the "service" you will get after the sale of a new broken appliance!) #1- home depot scheduled me for service in illinois (i live in texas) #2 - the confirmation for service date is not in the system#3 there are no more appointments for service available until the past middle of march#4 100% no one cares at home depot and does not do their jobagain, beware and do not purchase appliances from home depot!we are moving! and i have 6 loads of wet laundry and stupid lazy excuses from the store home depot!too bad that home depot is such a disgrace- the employees/delivery are rude and i got n-o satisfaction on the purchase of 2 new appliances! only "excuses! simply put :i am outraged and think that they are really falling apart! low standards, no customer services, just excuses, and nothing gets done!i will never never never shop there for large appliances again!buyer beware!

Toured most of the store without being asked if I needed help. Multiple employees passed me and seemed to be oblivious to customers. Very upsetting when you are needing help.

My complaint is not necessarily aimed at the Brenham store (though I have been abused by this store in the past) but HD corporate.On June 16, 2020 I placed a order for curbside pickup. The item ordered was in stock per the Brenham HD website.I was almost immediately informed by email that the item would be backordered and would not be available until July 10th. I was not happy but at least I could avoid the charge to my credit card temporarily, or so I thought.Home Depot shipped the item by Estes Express where it is awaiting a full trailer load before leaving for Brenham.Home Depot viewed that as being shipped to me and charged my credit card.HD corporate "customer service" was completely disinterested in my contention that my credit card should not have been charged until the item was made available for my pick up at the Brenham TX store. I asked to speak to a manager who was likewise disinterested in my complaint.My understanding of ICC rules is that the cosignee can be charged upon shipment however in this case the cosignee should be Home Depot Brenham not me. Long story short, I am being required to pay for material which cannot be delivered until July.It's back to Lowes for this guy and if there is any indication of damage in transit to my order I will reject it.

Awful customer service from the lumber department. I came in to get 10 boards cut and Billy in the lumber department was extremely rude, muttering under his breath the entire time about how he doesn't have time to make cuts. He angrily told me five separate times that it was 25 cents per cut which I repeatedly acknowledged and confirmed was acceptable. He also refused to assist me in getting the boards off of the shelves, saying "you bring em here and we'll cut em".

Terrible customer service! Last purchase ever from me! Lowe’s just won my business from now on! Supposed to pick up item this Monday morning then get phone call that my gift I needed sooner not to be ready till Wednesday or Thursday! No discount no nothing but more or less felt nothing they or I could do! I sure couldn’t assemble website deceiving says assembled and can have same or next day ! Now have to make hour round trip for gift I have to give after the Christmas party

Home Depot used to be our preferred place to get the supplies needed for our renovations. However, lately service has sharply gone downhill. Even the surveys that they print out on the receipt don't work anymore! The most recent issue we had was trying to get some paint. I waited at the paint counter while my husband tried to get someone to come over. Multiple customers were also hoping to get paint, and you could overhear on the loudspeakers a request to get an employee to paint, but no one could be bothered. We normally get our paint from SW, and only decided to grab some at HD because we were there already. We ended up going to SW to get paint that day.

Zero to poor customer service made me turn my business to Lowe's. In a recent visit to Home Depot I specifically asked a staff member in the pro shop if he could check to see if an item was available at another store since they did not have one in stock. If I am about to drop $1000.00 on a single item the least they can do is call the store before I drive 50+ miles. instead they told me I could check on my phone. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I like Home Depot's products and have had success with several online orders. With that said, 1 star is more generous than the so-called customer service team at this location deserves. After 28 minutes, we left the store without our chosen product because the employees who were supposed to be assisting us just disappeared - guess they had to finish eating their breakfast. I believe in shopping locally, in brick and mortar facilities, whenever possible but when I receive "service" like today, it's no surprise why corporations are downsizing. This is a small town which means limited buying options, Home Depot will be MY ABSOLUTE LAST choice - so if you are going to need help with a product, try another store.

I prefer Home Depot over Lowe's but y'all are becoming like “Walmart “ (not a person in sight to help). I feel like I should be getting an employee discount since anytime I need help with lumber or finding anything the only soul insight is either me , myself & I or another customer which usually it ends up with us helping each other load or find things..... I went in Thursday and was a little ticked off with the lack of help. And then having to hunt someone down. Hire more people please and if they don't know what “customer service “ is maybe don't hire them!
